Using an external page

An external page is one that shows a web page that resides on a system other than Meridian Explorer. The page is specified by a system administrator and may show information about the selected item in the repository. When the page is shown inside Meridian Explorer, you can use it just as if it was shown in a separate browser page or tab. For more information about the available external pages in your system and their usage, consult a system administrator.
